The Legal Department of Champaign has used a MS Access database to store all of the court data. Their Access database has grown substantially and they are finding that the space and reliability limitations of Access has hindered their productivity. They need their Access database converted to MS SQL. The problems encountered with the Access database are overcome by this change.

This database is to be shared between the legal department and the police department. Sensitive data is stored in this database which is not available to the public.

This is a follow-up of a previous CS492 Project.
