Project Plan vs. Requirements Doc., What's the difference?

Project Plan:

• Understanding of the Problem
• How are these problems going to be solved?
• General Overview of all project aspects

Requirements Document:

• What are the exact features of the program?
• What does the program actually do?

Design / Architechure Document:

• What are the Exact Program Modules?
• How do those modules communicate?

Testing Document

• How are the modules going to be tested?
• Log of Problems and fixes

Software Inspections

• Make a List of Problems Found
• Author, Tester, Reader( some of the jobs in reading )
  
• EVERYTHING gets inspected, code and documents
