Need to get going on development.
Need to know the exact HCI Packet structure.

Next Meeting:

• Need someone who can draw exact packet structure
• Need someone you knows all the Data Structures in the GUI
• Need 1/2 who can map the flow of the parsing Engine

We need to map out the data flow.
Need to spell out what functions are passing.
